In an effort to round out my Pelaccio culinary ‘collection’, I headed out to billyburg this evening. Fatty Crab down, Cabrito down, Fatty ‘Cue to go. Fatty ‘Cue opened opened Tuesday after 2 years, i ravaged enjoyed it tonight. Ran into Zac Pelaccio and Robbie Richter. Wished I had a camera and should have been a better stalk. Zac, you kick ass rule. There was some lamb, crab soup, brisket, chicken, seafood sausage….to name a few. Full review to follow. Expect to drool.
